It's a strange thing...

I didn't used to think so, maybe I've been in Mass too long. But when you get out of the car at my uncle's house, there's usually a critter or two running around nearby. Today there were three chickens. That's nothing new, nor is the fact that I have to say hello and pet or pick up nearly every cute animal I come into contact with. I did that and then Uncle John came out and said "His brother is in the oven!" Aaah! I have no problem eating meat, I just prefer not to know how it got on my plate. Don't tell me you killed this adorable creature's relative!

He hasn't changed a bit and he and Rei are now partners in perversion. lol He and I showed her around his property and we saw all the animals including a new pony! :) Then he brought out the firearms for he and my dad to do some target shooting, which my mom always freaks out about. Then he offered to let Rei take a shot and she jumped at the chance. She missed the first few times, but then she started getting better! (And sexier! *drool*) She fired a couple pistols and a shotgun, the latter of which almost knocked her over. lol

My mom was sitting there watching in sort of amused horror until John offered me a gun. "She's not even dressed for it, John!" He didn't even listen and just handed me a pistol. I haven't shot in a while, but I hit a beer can on my second try! My mom kept saying "Don't kill yourself, Lacey!" before each following shot.

My uncle's house is one of my favorite places in the world to be and I think it's now true for Rei, also! :) We ate poor Mr. Chicken along with a bunch of other stuff (mom cooked and baked all day) then hung around a bit more until dark and we're home sweet home now! :)

Yes, I was firing a gun in that. And yes, I totally felt like a movie/game secret agent! :p

If I didn't have such an amazing cheering section in Rei and Adra, you would NEVER have seen me from that angle! Don't laugh at my big hips and fat ass! Please?
